| The Holiday Bookings Online system works really well for us. For the customer, it means that they can check availability and book their holiday at any time of the day or night that suits them. They don't have to make lots of useless phone calls, and the owner doesn't have to take them either. The online payment facility means they can pay the deposit right away. The first time I hear of a booking, the customer has chosen their dates, booked their holiday and paid their deposit - all done and dusted, without any input from me at all. Previously, I would have been sending out booking forms, waiting for cheques to come back, dealing with people changing their mind in the meantime - etc etc. It is particularly helpful for late bookings, where payment can be taken immediately. For customers who don't like online booking and paying, details can by simply input by the owner, and cheque payment or bank transfer used. As well as a booking system, it provides a complete administrative system. It lets me know when payments are due, what tenants are coming in each week, creates invoices for me, and has a facility for creating documents such as booking confirmations. It also provides a database which stores all customer details securely. Returning customers are immediately recognised by the system. Because the system is owner managed, one can change prices, make special offers, withdraw dates and so on, so that one is in direct control. So - thumbs up for Holiday-Bookings-Online, we are very pleased with it. |

I am sure it has made such a difference in my bookings for clients to be able to book online. I looked at other systems but found this one the most affordable and easiest to manage.
