Why did you decide to add online booking to your website?
To facilitate the ease in which guests can book. To give enquirers an up to date view of availability and to ensure an efficient booking system for ourselves.

Difficult to judge if bookings have increased as we've always used Holiday Bookings Online as our booking system provider but bookings do come in out of what would be considered normal working hours.

The system provides flexibility with security and reduces the need for swathes of paperwork. Reports can be accessed online at all times without the need to print out copies that are then either filed or discarded.

The system is so user friendly that once the initial learning process has taken place (and this is pretty idiot proof) there is little if any need to contact the helpline
