Customers, like all of us, prefer an easy life. Our online booking system makes booking very quick and easy for them - positively encouraging them to choose your property.

If you take online payments, customers don't have the hassle of writing and posting cheques, and you don't have the hassle and delay of waiting for the cheques to arrive.

To paraphrase an old saying: A card payment in the bank is worth two cheques in the post!

Supported Payment Options

Cheque

The cheque option is offered by default, but you can switch this and any other payment option off via your secure management console.

PayPal

This is the easiest and quickest way of taking payments online. All you need is a PayPal account. If you don't have one of these, someone from our team will guide you through the process of setting one up.

All payments taken by PayPal go directly to your PayPal account.

You have total control over the payment system. None of the card details are handled by or stored by us. All dealings are between you and the customer.

PayPal is FREE to set up.

Online card capture via SecureHosting

If you have an office card processing terminal you may be interested in our SecureHosting option, which captures customer card details online for later processing in the office.

To offer you maximum security, SecureHosting are PCI Level 1 audited.

SecureHosting also offer online card processing at very reasonable rates.

Protx Online Card Processing

We recommend SecureHosting for efficient online card processing.

However, if you already have a Protx system then you can use it to take booking payments online.

We charge additional fees for use of Protx on the booking system.

BACS Transfer

The BACS transfer option allows your customers to make payments via BACS transfer. Free to set up.

Payment Over the Telephone

Gives your customers the option of calling you with their credit card payment details. Free to set up.

Easy Invoicing

As well as allowing you to take card payments during booking, our easy-to-use invoicing system also allows you to invoice customers and for them to make later payments online.
